Token Features: Emphasis

If a secondary market or exchange for token trading does develop, it will operate and operate completely independently of foundations, distributors, token sales and protocols. DAO key management risks :

All SFT multi-sign contracts and DAO contract management adopt the threshold signature scheme. Although the threshold signature is currently the safest method, there is still a non-zero failure probability. Funds may be locked if at least (n-m+1) signers lose their key shares, get hacked, or defect. If m or more key shares are compromised, funds can be stolen (after the transfer is unlocked)
